Note:
Supervisors are required to recommend students to the forum.
Students must submit (i) A 2-page extended abstract detailing their current research. (ii) A letter of recommendation from their supervisor.
On acceptance, students must submit a poster for an in-person presentation.
On-campus accommodation will be provided to the selected participants.
Students must carry their printed poster to the symposium (Dimension: 2.5 ft * 3.5ft).

This is strictly an invite-only event. If you are interested to participate please fill up ๐๐๐๐โform as soon as possible (A mail containing participation details and submission links will be sent to your supervisors, who are then required to forward the same to you along with their recommendation letters,You are required to submit your abstract and recommendation letters using the submission link)
The submission should include the following sections:
1. Abstract
2. Introduction
3. Problem Definition (Optional. If not included, then the problem must be clearly defined in the Introduction section itself)
4. Literature Survey (Optional)
5. Method (Proposal is also fine)
6. Results (Optional. Please include if you have them)
7. References (Optional. Please use additional pages for references)
We shall evaluate the submissions based on the following criteria:
1. The significance or worthiness of the problem statement being tackled (Motivation behind the work)
2. Innovations in your approach.
3. Comparison of results against SOTA baselines (if available)
4. Whether the work is already published or a proposal.
The forum is designed to support emerging researchers. Preliminary ideas are absolutely welcome. Hence, we strongly encourage you to submit a proposal, even if your work is still at an early stage. Your submission will serve as your application, and the committee will review all entries to finalize participation.
