Follow these 7 steps to complete your registration on the IIT Kharagpur ERP portal.
Visit erp.iitkgp.ac.in/CEP/courses.htm and create an account or log in if you already have one.
Complete all mandatory fields in your profile before applying:
Search for the programme by name or ID and click Apply.
Choose your applicant category: Industry (INR 15,000) or OutSider Student (INR 2,500). Then select the applicable fee type.
Review all entered information carefully, then click Submit to complete your application.
After submission, wait for shortlisting confirmation from the organising team. You will receive an email notification once your application is processed.
Once shortlisted, you will receive an email from the ERP system with payment instructions. Complete the fee payment to confirm your registration.
A forum for MTech, MS, and PhD students in India working in AI/ML. Submissions are made through Microsoft CMT.
INR 50,000 Cash Prize PoolFor MTech, MS, or PhD students in India working on machine learning, NLP, computer vision, speech, or artificial intelligence. The forum is a platform to present research through posters and spotlight talks, receive feedback from experts, meet peers across India, and engage with the IndoML research community.
Selected participants receive support toward registration fees, 3-tier AC travel, meals, and accommodation during the symposium. Tentative travel allowance slabs (round-trip 3AC):
